Important Information About Orders and Delivery This Summer – Plan Your Musical Holiday!

Summer is here, and with it comes a slightly quieter period for many of us, including Nordisk Ukulele. I will be taking a well-deserved holiday from week 27 to week 30, and this will affect our normal delivery times. We would like to inform you about what to expect so you can plan your purchases.

What this means for your order:

  • In-stock products: Many of our products are in stock here at Nordisk Ukulele. These are normally packed and shipped on the same day the order is placed. Please note that even these products will be shipped out after my holiday is over. But they will be the first I pack and send as soon as I'm back!
  • Products from external warehouse/supplier: Some of our assortment is not physically in stock with us. Normally, the delivery time from our importers and suppliers is so short that it practically does not affect the total delivery time to you. It is primarily this type of product that will be affected during the summer weeks. Reduced staffing at suppliers and shipping companies means the process takes longer than at other times of the year.
  • General impact: Even though we do our best, you should expect that everything related to shipping and orders might be a bit slower than usual, especially in the weeks just before my holiday starts, and the first days and perhaps weeks after I return. This is because many in the industry are on holiday during this period.

We recommend you take this into account when placing orders this summer. If you are unsure about the delivery time for a specific product, you are always welcome to contact us before ordering.
