Shipping and Stock Status at Nordisk Ukulele
We are a small but growing company, and we're getting a little bigger every day!
Most of our regular and most popular products are in stock. However, our warehouse isn't huge, so we don't have much room for maneuver.
What happens when you order?
When you order a product that we, for some reason, don't have in stock right now, we order it immediately. This usually happens shortly after you place your order.
- Some products we order from importers and agents.
- Other products we import ourselves.
For most of these orders, we receive the products within a couple of days, as long as shipping and postal handling function normally.
Why might it take time?
The explanation is almost always found in one of the following points:
- Transport takes time: Sometimes the transport itself takes longer than expected.
- Sold out at supplier: Sometimes products are temporarily out of stock with manufacturers or suppliers.
We rarely know in advance which transports will take time, and we rarely have insight or the ability to influence this.
In summary: If you find that your order is delayed, the reason is almost always one of the points above. You are, of course, welcome to contact us, but we may not be able to expedite the delivery.
The larger Nordisk Ukulele becomes as a player, the larger our own stock will be, and the greater our ability to influence delivery times. Thank you for helping us grow!
