The Mini II Bass MH-E is not marketed as a ukulele bass. It's slightly, slightly larger.
With its 580mm (almost 23") scale length, this bass is on the border between a ukulele bass and a more traditional short-scale bass.
The result is a very small bass that can still use traditional bass strings with all that entails.

The Mini II straddles the line between a ukulele bass and a traditional acoustic bass. The scale length is around 23" longer than a ukulele bass, and that's a difference you can feel when you play. A major advantage is that you can also use traditional bass strings.
No gig bag is included, but for example, the Ortega ONB12 fits 23" basses well.
