Nordisk Ukulele stocks most popular products and can often ship your order on the same day it is received.

We don't have a giant warehouse like the biggest players in the industry. Therefore, to be honest, we are somewhat vulnerable if, for example, an exceptionally large number of orders for the same product were to come in within a short period.

Some products we import ourselves, while others are ordered from various importers and wholesalers. If an item is not in stock when your order comes in, we usually receive it within a few days.

At the same time, there's a lot about shipping that we cannot influence. If a product is out of stock with the importer or wholesaler, we simply have to wait until they restock it. We also live in an unstable world, and much of what we import has a long transportation leg. Sometimes these shipments take extra long, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

No matter what happens, we will always keep you updated if your order is delayed.
