Mermaid is a well-built tenor made of mango wood (there is also a koa model) where nothing has been spared.
Here you get a glossy lacquered, solid mango and luxurious craftsmanship, both in terms of sound, playability and appearance.
Mr. Mai's mermaid is depicted in three places. At the soundhole, on the fingerboard and on the headstock. The soundhole also has a sort of slanted mother-of-pearl rosette, of the same type found on some other mr.mai models
