Here you are offered a lid made of solid spruce, where the edges have a clear border of mother-of-pearl and wood.
The back consists of a type of wood called Xiuwood. Reminiscent of split maple, with many variations and shades of colour. Each copy of the MR-T has its own stamp.

Mr Mai is known for his idiom and decorations, where you often think outside the box. But just as much to produce solid ukuleles that are nice to play and that sound good.
The MR-T looks very traditional for a Mr. Mai. The front consists of a glossy lacquered spruce top with borders around the edge and sound hole (rosette)
The frame and back consist of a laminate with an exciting feel and pattern.
The MM-T has a compensated seat. This in combination with a good, well-tuned neck gives you a good playing experience. From careful finger playing to powerful comp.
